With a background in EOS implementation and executive leadership, Kathryn specializes in coaching leaders to maximize their impact while ensuring the right people are in the right seats. Her experience as a nonprofit COO and program manager for Syracuse University’s D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families has helped thousands of leaders, veterans, and entrepreneurs step into their purpose and build high-performing teams.
